निसान ने अपनी कॉम्पैक्ट एसयूवी किक्स को लॉन्च कर दिया है। इसे रेनो डस्टर के बी0 प्लेटफार्म पर तैयार किया गया है। कंपनी में इसकी शुरुआती कीमत 9.55 लाख रुपए तय की है, जो 14.65 लाख रुपए तक जाती है। इस लिहाज़ से किक्स का मुकाबला हुंडई क्रेटा, रेनो डस्टर, रेनो कैप्चर और मारूति एस-क्रॉस से होगा।
निसान ने किक्स को चार वेरिएंट : एक्सएल, एक्सवी, एक्सवी प्रीमियम और एक्सवी प्रीमियम + में उतारा है, जिनकी कीमत इस प्रकार है :

निसान किक्स 1.5 लीटर पेट्रोल और 1.5 लीटर डीज़ल दोनों इंजन विकल्पों में उपलब्ध होगी। किक्स का पेट्रोल इंजन 106 पीएस की पावर, 142 एनएम का टॉर्क और 14.23 किमी/लीटर का माइलेज देने में सक्षम हैं। इसे 5-स्पीड मैनुअल ट्रांसमिशन से लेस किया गया है। वहीं, किक्स का डीज़ल इंजन 6-स्पीड मैनुअल गियरबॉक्स के साथ आएगा। यह इंजन 110 पीएस की पावर और 240 एनएम का टॉर्क देगा। एआरएआई के अनुसार किक्स का डीज़ल इंजन 19.23 किमी/लीटर से 20.45 किमी/लीटर का माइलेज देता है।
बात की जाए सुरक्षा से जुड़े फीचर की तो, किक्स में ड्यूल एयरबैग, रियर पार्किंग सेंसर, एंटीलॉक ब्रैकिंग सिस्टम (एबीएस), इलेक्ट्रॉनिक ब्रेक डिस्ट्रीब्यूशन (ईबीडी), ब्रेक असिस्ट, फ्रंट की सीट बेल्टों में प्रीटेन्शनर और लोड लिमिटर जैसे फीचर स्टैण्डर्ड दिए गए हैं। बेस वेरिएंट को छोड़ अन्य सभी वेरिएंट में रियर व्यू कैमरा भी दिया गया है। साथ ही किक्स के टॉप वेरिएंट में 360 डिग्री कैमरा, फ्रंट साइड एयरबैग, रियर फोग लैंप, इलेक्ट्रॉनिक स्टेबिलिटी प्रोग्राम (ईएसपी), ट्रैक्शन कण्ट्रोल और हिल होल्ड असिस्ट फीचर भी दिए गए हैं।
कम्फर्ट फीचर के तौर पर निसान किक्स में क्रूज कण्ट्रोल, क्लाइमेट कण्ट्रोल, फ्रंट आर्मरेस्ट (स्टैण्डर्ड) और रियर एसी वेंट (स्टैण्डर्ड) जैसी सुविधाएं भी मिलती हैं। इसके अलावा निसान ने अपनी इस एसयूवी में 8 इंच का टचस्क्रीन इंफोटेनमेंट सिस्टम (एंड्राइड ऑटो और एप्पल कारप्ले कनेक्टिविटी के साथ), 17 इंच के अलॉय व्हील, रेन सेंसिंग वाइपर, कॉर्नरिंग फ्रंट फोग लैंप और एलईडी प्रोजेक्टर हैडलैंप भी दिए हैं। कार को प्रीमियम लुक देने के लिए इसके डोर हैंडल और पार्किंग ब्रेक पर क्रोम एक्सेंट तथा लेदर अपहोल्स्टरी की भी पेशकश की गई हैं।
कंपनी ने निसान को कुल 7 कलर विकल्पों में उतारा हैं। कार के टॉप वेरिएंट में चार ड्यूल-टोन कलर विकल्प भी मिलते हैं। साथ ही कंपनी किक्स के साथ तीन स्टाइलिंग पैकेज की भी पेशकश कर रही है, जिनमें क्रमशः 'एसेंशियल', 'स्टाइल' और 'अर्बन' पैकेज शामिल हैं।
इसके अलावा कंपनी किक्स एसयूवी के साथ 3 साल की वारंटी, 3 साल का 24x7 रोड साइड असिस्टेंस और 3 साल की मुफ्त सर्विस भी दे रही हैं।

Both Petrol & Diesel Engines To Be Offered
The Nissan Kicks will be available with a choice of 1.5-litre petrol and 1.5-litre diesel engines. The petrol engine has a power output of 106PS and 142Nm with a 5-speed manual while the diesel produces 110PS and 240Nm and is mated to a 6-speed manual transmission. An automatic gearbox option is not expected at launch but should be offered at a later point.
Kicks Design & Styling
Nissan’s V-motion grille along with the LED projector headlamps give the Kicks a distinct look and road presence. The steeply raked rear windscreen which is flanked by angular tail lamps with LED inserts lends the Kicks a sporty characteristic. Nissan Kicks - A Global Model
While we await the launch proceedings to begin, we’d like to tell you that the Kicks is an international model and is sold in countries such as the USA, Brazil, China and the UAE. It was originally unveiled as a concept in 2014. The India-specific Kicks is bigger than the global model and has a ground clearance of 210mm.
