- Not A Good ChoiceI bought i20 Elite VTVT in Aug 2016 from Kothari Hyundai, Aundh Pune. My car is sparingly used (Only 35K in 8 years). It is serviced regularly in company dealer workshop. My car did work decently for first 5-6 years (Barring extremely low milage - 12 KMPL) however car is continuously having problems in past couple of years. - Worst Customer ServiceThough the car is good, The customer service at Goa Hyundai and Alcon is worst. They work towards issuing bills but they do not do proper work. Once i had given my car as there was a concern with my Clutch and the ABC indicator was blinking. They returned the car by charging me that the issue is resolved. - I20 8 Year Ownership ReviewMy review with i20 is fantastic. The car build quality is great and it just loves gaining speed. I am using the diesel engine which returns me good mileage even when we are speeding crazily with the car. The fuel tank capacity is really good and I have done over 1000 km from a single tank.
