This is to inform you that we just bought a new car CIAZ ALPHA model from Nexa we bought the car on 8th March 2019 and now when we took the car for normal look over by the company on 26th March,2019 they said that there is a defect in gearbox they kept the car and asked of preparing it in a day or two it is very shameful for the company that they have such a big defect in a newly manufactured car we didn't buy the car for this that we have to make it repair in the 3nd week of buying it. The car has just run over a passage of 222km. We informed the showroom on the first day itself of buying the car that there is some noise made by the engine while driving but they told that it is normal as the car is new.
