    Rapid Is Not For Rough Road

    I purchased it on 29th June 2020, from day 1 I am facing door noise issues, 15 to 17 times visited at the service center at Bilaspur and Raipur without any result.     Costly Maintaenance

    I own a Skoda Rapid diesel 2012 model. The maintenance cost is very high. I pay 25000 Rs each time when I go for service. Labor charges and cost of the parts are more. I don't recommend Skoda.

    Usual cars have 5k for servicing. 12k is too much

    Worst in Service and Have a Fuel Injectors Issue

    This has a fuel injectors issues, Skoda will say that it is common until the warrenty period ends after that they will ask for lakh for replacing the issue as the warrenty ends. My car has a problem with Fuel injectors and I contacted Skoda India as many cars have this problems and they need to take responsibilty but they are not even reposponding ...और देखें

    High Maintenance cost.

    Skoda Rapid has a high maintenance cost, the Service cost is too high. I have driven my car around 85000 km and the engine requires a lot of work. The Skoda Service centre gives me an estimate of around 80000 rs, for a single maintenance run.

    Post sales service will haunt you.

    I am using Skoda Rapid Diesel 1.5 TDI Ambition. Drive stability, pick up, comfort and safety everything is good but when it comes to service and spare it will haunt you in dreams. Very less service centre, poor inventory of spares and non-availability of counter selling feature will add pain. A big NO for Skoda.

    Dont buy skoda cars even if they give you one for free

    I choose this car under an illusion of quality product and services but thats all an myth. Engine failure at just 140000 km which is costing about 5 lakh rupees and problem with AC since the day I purchased. 1. Dysfunctional air conditioning unit 2.     Think twice before buying skoda

    I would rate 4 on 5 for car and its features. But the worst part is service and longevity of parts. I bought my car in the year 2014 till now I have completed only 27000 km and they say shock absorber has become weak. I had Hyundai Verna before this, never had any such problem even after driving it for lakh of kilometers. I don't remember how many ...और देखें

    Last memory of my dream car

    I bought this car in Dec.2012 and finally sold today on 27th April 2018 with mileage of 178000/- km on through away price. I sold this car with heavy heart feelings as I know that this is the finest car in terms of pick-up & grip on any type of roads.     Worst after sales service

    Worst Car I've ever drive in terms of after sales service. I've bought New skoda Rapid on 27th Jan 2017 and on 11th June its with the work shop for the replacement of mechatronics My car has Run only 20000 KM Please never buy skoda cars in India

    This car has manufacturing defects.

    Been facing problems with my rapid. Just been 6 months from the date of purchase and it has already started showing problems with the suspension and brakes.     Skoda - Brand - Customer Service - Pathetic
