First Choice For Large Family In Cities Purpose
Due to not availability of service centre everywhere like Maruti and due to not availability of parts at every centre. Tata Hexa : Repated & Multiple Complaints
I own Tata Hexa (XTA) Faced multiple issues in 3 to 6 Months of Purchase. Some are the following : 1. Windshield Noise (Rectified) 2. Window Motor complaint (Replaced) 3.Instrument cluster Replaced 4. AC Complaint I feel a waste of money. Lost my peace of mind to use a vehicle. 10 to 15 Days spend in the service center to date. An Excellent Product - Tata Hexa
I'm owner of urban Tata Hexa XM, for past 7 months now, it's a great product, be it size, looks, interior quality or mileage (I'm getting 15kmpl on highways with A/C and 11kmpl in city with A/C and my first service is still due).

Not a good car.
I have been driving Tata HEXA for 50K km. NOW. I am seriously not satisfied with the vehicle. It broke down even after regular servicing. Multiple body sounds, hard gear shifts, etc. Tata will still take time to built robust machines. Suggest at least a year watch before going ahead with TATA new vehicles.

Best SUV On Indian Road .Just swallows Potholes
Just awesome. The interiors have taken from Range rover, Stability 5 star, Safety 5 Stars, Power: 5 stars. Service cost very little Rs 3500 after every 20 k km. Sound 10 speaker amplifier Harman Kardon.AC the best in the segment . Reviewed all SUVs on a professional platform.

Comfortable Cheap
Amazing Comfortable car. If you're not looking into mileage then you're done with this car. Long drive1000Km in one stretch I drove without any back pain or leg pain. A much comfortable car. Transforming Machines
Driven almost 30,000 kms still behaves as a new car. Awesome vehicle for space, comfort, speed, power, handling, stability and sure is strong to keep us safe and well protected. The Tata Service has noticeably improved a hell of a lot, which is excellent for the brand.

I Love my Tata Hexa
Tata is doing really good in recent days. No doubt it still has a lot of room for improvement with regards to service and quality which will certainly make them leaders in their business. However, I am really happy with my Tata Hexa which I consider the best Car in its segment in terms of ride quality, comfort, style, and efficiency.

Best Bang For The Buck
Seriously Go For it. TATA HEXA is one of the best vehicles you can get at this price range. They are providing a 4×4 option for the offroad junkies. 1st best premium car from TATA ,ticks most boxes
Ride and handling is impressive, can properly handle bad roads. Cabin is silent with decent sound proof MPV with SUV like. It gives feel of good looking car with presenc on road like Safari. Family car in true sense
I bought Hexa base variant two months back , drove 5k kms without any problem.First service was an issue, front light is also not up to the mark. ride is amazing , lot of space inside. Excellent music quality.mileage more than 13 kmpl in city. Difficult to negotiate in crowded areas, but once you are out of it , it's a nice car to have.

Things you like : 1) Spacious Interior - Tata offered a best in segment space whether it's leg space in second or third row or height in third row. You get plenty of room in the car after all seats are occupied. This car is the best car from Tata motors in Indian market. Tata offers best quality cars with low maintenance and good mileage at the best prices. Superb SUV with loaded safety and security features
This is the best SUV of the year, based on Jaguar platform the car is a real beast with best of mileage. I have driven 15000 KMs in Mumbai traffic and on expressways from Pune to Mahabaleshwar, negotiates all terrains and carnies like knife through butter. Minor improvements
Request TATA to take note to come out with dual tone interiors and dash instead of all black including the seats. Electronic seat adjustment to be included. Telescopic steering to be included. Lager infotainment system to be included. After sales service and reliability issues to be resolved

Real Headache - Shameful
Feel pity on their crew. I have owned one Hexa XT. I have Purchased the same from Kottayam, Kerala on Aug 2017. Till now 9200 kms has been driven. Within last twenty days four break downs has occurred. Same complaints have been repeated again and again. I can't able to start the vehicle. I have compelled to go back in the middle of my journeys. Excellent CAR BAD Experience
Tata has almost checked all the correct boxes with this prodct. Bought HEXA XTA in November 2017 and yes its a pleasure to drive , you have everything you need . Its a fantabulous car.
I feel like buying it today.....but it is unfortunate that they have very poor sales guys and they are very lethargic. I went twice to showroom, the sales person is saying vehicle not available for testing. Even though i booked the test drive 2 weeks back Am soo worried about the after buy service for TATA Cars. Sound from engine while changing gear from first day of purchase

Fabulous SUV my first
Superb in all aspects.. Tata has given so much at an affordable price. Was sceptical about customer service however Tata have a long way and today they chase you on any issue you may have raised.. Problems in TATA Hexa
I had purchased a tata hexa 3 months back . after first service went for a long drive . The car's hill assist and cruise functions were not working. one tyre had a bulge and one tyre was burst all of a sudden . All tyre pressures were normal.
