plz help me m in doubt

Im planning to buy a car in this segment bt cannot decide a car upto @5L range.... Basically i want to buy it for family purpose.... M a bit confused between i10 Sportz and i20 Magna.... I have 2 doubts- 1) is d back seat of i20 uncomfortable?? 2) which of them wud be easily driven by ladies?? Will there be any problem in driving i20 by my mother as she is short heighted and would be driving a car for first time!! plz reply as ur suggestions would really help me in my decision
