The new fangled 2012 Mahindra Verito has been launched today in the Indian car market. This latest version of the Mahindra Verito facelift has been launched in both petrol as well as diesel engine options with power packed and fuel efficient engines. This sedan was first launched in the Indian car market in year, 2005 under the name of Mahindra Logan and it was made under the joint venture of the French automobile giant Renault S.A and India's very own home grown Mahindra India Group. But their partnership was broken in year, 2010 and Mahindra India launched this sedan under a different name, which is Mahindra Verito. This sedan has been doing very well since then and has done impressive sales for the company. This Mahindra Verito refresh is the first facelift of this sedan since the time it was launched in the Indian automobile bazaar. This new Verito has been given quite a few cosmetic changes to its exteriors and there are also some interesting changes to the interiors as well. This 2012 Verito has a performance packed engine, which is known to give a good mileage as this sedan has garnered quite a lot of popularity across numerous cities in the country. This new refreshed Verito is said to be a popular choice for many men and exudes substance over style. The all new Verito facelift has bolder masculine body lines along with some curvy and robust cuts, which is making this sedan look appealing and eye catching. On the whole, this latest Verito refresh can be termed as one of the most balanced sedans for a regular family, which has all the features a sedan owner can dream of.
Exteriors
The company has given this new 2012 Mahindra Verito some notable changes to its exteriors. To start with the front façade is now more refined and sleek with a chrome plated radiator grille, which also holds a prominent badge of the company. The head lamp cluster has also been tweaked and now features a new pair of sleek eye brow shaped lights, while the newly styled body colored bumpers adds to the elegance of this sedan. The windshield wiper is a two speed plus intermittent, which is good enough and gives a clear vision even during heavy rains. The side profile has a set of robust steel rims with tyres of size 185/70 R14, which are tubeless and have hub wheel covers only. The other notable exterior features such as the sporty roof rails, side cladding as well as the rear appliqué is all black in color along with blacked pillars between the side doors ,which add to the beauty of this 2012 Mahindra Verito. The rear end has a clear lens tail lamp cluster with a high mounted stop lamp, a sculpted and curvy boot lid, while the rear body colored bumpers has integrated reflectors as well. Interiors
The company has also refurbished the interiors of this 2012 Mahindra Verito facelift and it is now more exciting and spicier than its precursor. To start with the insides have been spruced up with a two tone dashboard and instrument panel, while the seating arrangement is extremely comfortable and spacious and this new refreshed Mahindra Verito 1.5 D2 can easily accommodate five passengers inside it. The seats are covered with premium fabric upholstery, which is of woven jacquard. The rear seat is pretty wide that makes it very comfortable for the rear passengers and has three head restraints as well. The centre façade is moulded and black in color and the instrument panel has a topper pad along with a storage space in the centre console . The all new 2012 Mahindra Verito facelift has a powerful and high performance engine, which is fuel efficient and very reliable. The 1.5 litre common rail direct injection diesel engine has 4 cylinders and eight valves that can displace close to 1461cc . this commanding engine has the capacity to churn out a maximum power output of 65Bhp at 4000 Rpm in combination with a peak torque yield of 160Nm at 2000 Rpm. This impressive power train is cleverly mated with a smooth five speed manual transmission gear box for efficient gear shift, which will give a pleasurable drive. This new 2012 Mahindra Verito can cross the 100 kmph barrier from a standstill in just about 18.4 seconds, while this 1.5 L engine can take this premium sedan to a top speed of 144 kmph, which is remarkable . The mileage is said to be between 17 to 21 kmpl , which has been recorded under standard driving conditions.
Braking and Handling

Mahindra Verito looks awesome, from both interior and exterior. its electric variant is low power as compared with other variants. But it is very cheaper as compared with even two-wheelers.it is more comfortable to ride because of automatic gears more safety with airbags and economically this car is the best car. But better to improve its power. Exterior, Decent looks for the car, looks good from Side and back I have a walnut brown color car with body graphics and alloy wheels, they suit the car very much, just love the car...I find the looks are good Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Just wow....when I talk about driving comfort, space in offer...we get very good leg space for both front and back seat passengers, seats are designed very well to give you a very very comfortable ride for long drives, So far I have driven around 350KM after purchase and longest I drove was 60 KM and throughout this I did not feel tired, or uncomfortable while driving & my height is 6ft 1 Inches. The back seat passengers also get good comfortable seating & headrest. I can easily say that this is one of the very few cars which has comfortable seating space for 3 adults in the back seat. Suspensions are best in the class, you just don't feel the bad roads, shocks get absorbed very well. If I don't tell about AC then I might not be writing the review properly, for AC I have just one word, mindblowing..... I have not seen the immediate cooling effect in my old swift, or any other MS cars...This one is amazing, hats off to the performance of the AC. Feeling hot switch the AC on and it obliges you by cooling the cabin within a fraction of second Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Well....1.5DCI Renault engine is amazingly tuned for both city and long drives.....There is minimal turbo lag in 1st gear...guess that very common in diesel cars...But if all the gears are changed within the span 1000-2000RPM this machine is very smooth to drive. Otherwise also this Renault engine is very powerful.....I like the vehicles pulling capacity in 2nd, 3rd, 4th & 5th gear a lot... I just enjoy the drive-in these gears, Since this vehicle as good pull in all the gears, frequent gear shifting is not required. Till now I recollect of maximum gear change till 2nd gear when speed breaker comes or bad road comes. I put 1st gear only when I start from the stationary position. I never got a feeling that I am driving 66BHP engine....reason being the engines amazing pulling capacity with or without AC Gear change ratio is good, since you don't need to shift gear downwards frequently I am sure the person driving will love to drive this car Fuel Economy not measured completely, but what I can see from odometer is 15-16 on an average for city driving with AC, but I have to check the mileage accurately using the full tank to full tank theory. I am sure will get the accurate reading at that time. I am expecting it to be around 19-20 in the city with the new measuring technique Ride Quality & Handling After writing all this review guess it is understood that this section also will be amazing in the car, and yes that's correct, ride quality and handling is one of the best in class Final Words I would just recommend this car to my friends & family members, I have made the best choice by purchasing this car area of improvement Only in terms of features.... Well...very less as this variant comes with most of the features, but 2nd airbag, tilt steering, audio and Bluetooth control on steering wheel, etc......but these all are just luxuries features all bare basic safety features such as ABS, Driver Airbag are there in the vehicle.और देखें
