Not a safe car
I would not recommend this car to others as it dosen't has good safety features.

I bought the Renault Kwid 0.8 RXL Feb 2019 model. I drove around 500kms. Cons: 1. When shifting to low gear some times vehicle stops...again we need to start 2. Front wiper touches to the front bonnet 3. When ac is on....very poor pickup 4. Front left side passenger head easily touches the roof...its very uncomfortable Prons: 1. Car may be good but the services are very poor. I have KWID. Renault's after sales services are extremely poor. I have personal experience at workshops while getting the car serviced or for any other work.

Not a good car. So much cabin noise. Ground clearance is good but that's for one person if there are 5 people in the car then ground clearance will be around 170. They used cheap cabin plastics. I don't advise anyone to buy Kwid, especially in Himachal. This car is a waste of money. No good service center in Himachal.

Purchased this car in Dec 2015, since then I have been following all the instruction of Renault in the context of service. I have purchased extended warranty based on the commitment from Renault executive that the best services will be provided. Now coming to the point. 1. I am driving Renault KWID for past 2 months. Fuel consumption is high, AC is not good and too much noise is audible inside the cabin.

These cars have a very bad interior which really means they should have worked on it but nothing has been done. If we talk about the overall looks nothing great just an old design model. I think Renault should come up with such a car that really pull the customers back, that would gain a lot of goodwill.

Received the car with scratches on it was then told by the delivery manager that the scratches will be taken care of. It is been more than 2 months I haven't received any resolution on the same.

Don't buy this car. Very worst mileage average per litre. I recently bought a Renault Kwid AMT 1.0, it only gives 15 km/l of mileage. Despite, the company claims it to be 21km/l.

Renault Kwid a small family car. It is very slow to overtake another car or vehicles. The ORVM didn't adjust from inside. No power window in rear, I don't like this car.

Renault KWID has a lack of power, much noisy engine and I had a very bad experience when my KWID met with an accident. Renault is very bad in terms of services, in the service center their Mechanics were not able to repair my car properly moreover they have not repaired my car on time.

Renault KWID has very Poor quality interior and it is unsafe at all as its AMT system is very complicated. My cousin KWID has water lodging problem don't know from where it comes moreover it has a noisy engine but mileage is good.
