Uncomfortable Middle Seat

Its A Dumb.
Huge expectation to MG Astor, after using Creta 1.6 E+ petrol for 5 years, MG Astor 1.3 CVT variant, In the first instance There is no headroom, I am 5.9 it's too short for me and in the rear seat it even worse, Initial pickup is so bad, even an old ambassador can do better. Room Improve On Comfort
Rear sitting not comfortable due to mid bump raise. Very uncomfortable for people with good height. Also, the smart variant offers the entire interior ivory. There is no option to change or modify. Mainly the dashboard and side armrest will 100% get dirty with all stains. It's difficult to maintain.

Low Quality Sunroof Shade
The material used in the sunroof shade is not satisfactory. also, the bump in the mid of the back leg space is a bit uncomfortable.

The cloth fabric used in the panoramic sunroof is quite disappointing. In the same segment as Creta, the hardboard material is being used feels more premium. Expecting more from Astor

Major Challenger, Test drove it multiple times and then booked it. Brings a big smile to your face. Smoot drive could get around 11-13kmpl in the city in AT. Awesome Car With Top Notch Build Quality
Drove the 1.5-liter manual version today itself. Astor is going to be a great success. The build quality of the car is top-notch, way better than Creta and Seltos. The doors close with a proper thud. Limited Colours And No Alloy Wheels In Base Model
Disappointing that only two colors (white and silver) are available with no alloy wheels in the base model, 5 colors are available only from top variants. Nowhere this info is published which makes us doubt MG's service for customers as most of the information is hidden. Poor VFM On Petrol
MG petrol engines are not Fuel efficient and in Bangalore bumper, to bumper traffic, this may tend to serve 8 km. As hector provides 5-6 kmpl. I doubt performance and long-term reliability too. Hence my 10 cents is looking for Indian car manufacturers, even features are less provide better VFM in long-term usage.

The car is good-looking, but then the MG Astor is a bit on the pricier side for a hatchback. I think paying 18 lakhs is not worth it.
