Penny Pinching By Toyota On Hycross
I have been using the Hycross VX 7S for 3 months now. Excellent engine and performance. Good eyecatching styling. Superb milage, I get nearly 22 KMPL on long trips. But there are big let downs. The cabin lights and turn indicator lights are pathetic, like an Ambassador car. The interior trim, seats and infotainment system in my wife's new Baleno Alpha AGS are far superior. The Toyota dealer service used to be top notch. Not so any more, gone really downhill. Maruti Nexa (AVG motors) is setting superb standards. I am really shocked that after I bought the 34L car, there hasn't been any calls from either the dealer or Toyota to enquire about any problems or if I am happy with the service and the car.
