Improved Road Presence And Best-In-Class Ground Clearance While the Nexon always offered impressive road presence with its SUV styling, the refreshed design enhances it even further. Even though the dimensions of the new Nexon remain the same as before, the inclusion of connected LED tail lights and split LED headlights help improve its overall presence. Furthermore, the Nexon continues to offer a class-leading ground clearance of 208mm. More Safety Features Now Offered As Standard The new Nexon offers more features as standard than its predecessor. It now gets electronic stability control (ESC), hill start assist (HSA), traction control (TC), and LED headlights as standard. Additionally, the new Nexon also offers 6 airbags across variants while its predecessor only offered dual airbags. Base Model Doesn't Skimp On Features Like before, the base variant of the Nexon doesn't skimp on too many features. For instance, even the base variant of the Nexon offers split LED headlights with LED DRLs and connected tail lights. On the inside, Tata offers the 2-spoke steering wheel with an illuminated Tata logo right from the base variant. Wide Range Of Powertrain Options The new Nexon offers even more transmission options than before. In addition to the 6-speed manual and 6-speed automatic transmission options that Tata has carried over from the previous version, the new Nexon also offers the option of a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. It is also worth mentioning that the new Nexon offers a 5-speed manual transmission with the base petrol variant, which is not available in any of the higher variants.
