I recently bought a brand new Ciaz from my nearest showroom and with its second service I can feel all the soundproofing is gone, the steering wheel doesn't seem very effective the has lost its control and the worst is no service help from the company. I just bought it as it would be the best but is sick due to such a big loss. I agree that the car is similar to BMW GT's design which gets it a lot of space but the is not worth it. As now in monsoon I have come to see its originality the front and rear glasses gets the frost after the first wipe even in a temperature of 28 degree Celsius. If wish to buy please once gain check all its rivals as being a bod look lover I am suffering this big loss but hope you take care before getting it home seriously I would suggest if you love Suzuki then go to its NEXA showrooms at least those car are perfect in all circumstances, I won't say that they are the best but would even I don't mean that they are not perfect. The car has good results from its rivals only when you look about ground clearance as it's the main object to be set in mind before purchasing a vehicle in India. It even delivers comfort in seating due to good space and even the driving is comfortable but at in the end, it loses all a customer wants inner peace and silence the touch sensitivity of the screen is like using a Rs 900/- touch screen phone. If you pay such an amount you want things to be highly beneficiary because the price demanded by the company is quite high for a middle-class family. Even if you feel that these obstacles are bullshit then please have a look towards the S-cross its more reliable and worth of the amount then its remake as Ciaz if you don't know let me tell you Ciaz is the remake model of SX4 and S-Cross is the new design with perfection done on SX4 for more comfort. Maruti has done everything in the vehicle then that in Ciaz, at last, please think twice before making a choice. I am in a typical town in Chhattisgarh which gives me pleasure driving above the damaged roads which feels like driving my car on moon with big craters ahead. But seriously friend if you wish to have its not that gone but still its not worth.
