Here to Share my 15000 Kms drive Review. Start with new Caiz Vxi+ 10 month back. Royal looks and Spacious exterior and Great Mileage. Pros Interiors > AC works well in both summers & winters > Front AC & Rear AC function is very good for winters makes your way to clear view > Seats are very comfortable for long journey Pros Exterior > Royal Look with great features > Sensors worked well Pros Engine > Average of 15KM per liter in city and 17 Km per lts in highway > No sound of engine I traveled from short distance to long distance with great comfort even in bad roads with smooth roads it drive like a star. Make you feel royal also Music system is awesome with great sound and features Bluetooth for mobile easy to connect and use which make your travel easier Boot space suit needs to travel for long journey. Cons > Back Bumper is very light and even slow hit can make it dented. > Yellow color presist from doors down specially in white color which agencies said it by default for all cars. Thanks

Nice car...Luxury feeling...Interior is very good...smooth feel...no sound...easy drive and awesome mileage and prise in this segment..handling is very smooth and nice feel like feather...

L'm using ciaz zxi since nov.2014 till now everything good in its class with class leading interior space and comfort accept one thing which is it's build by very thin sheet almost paper like but this is not only for ciaz all suzuki car have this issue they using very poor quality sake of technological advantage.....as far as is mileage concern i'm getting 16-17 kmpl in combined highway and city driving..... where could be better -staring wheel and some switches not class leading.....

Maruti Suzuki Ciaz car is good. And it is in affordable price mileage is fabulous Styling is good. But not have cooled glove box bigger than honda city but engine of ciaz and ertiga is same 1248 cc. But car is smart hyrid and you can drive in delhi in odd or even on both in india. Some car only whose engine are hyrid the tyre of the car is big. Interior the Ciaz is a comfortable family sedan. And it is a proper one from Maruti Suzuki not one derived from a hatchback or a SUV. It has a big car feel both inside out. It cannot bring out the racer in you but is confident to tackle our typical highway journeys. The ride is supple and has enough features to keep you company when not driving. It may not be as flashy as the concept but you can't help but agree it does come across as sensible

Not overly aerodynamic since you'll begin to feel the wind resistance drag over 200kmph. Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) This is the best part of the car, you'll probably get similar interiors in cars over three times the price. High quality leather seats, wide and comfortable, 4 axis electrically/ automatic adjustable seats (front), the rear has acres of room that tempt you to use a chauffer. You can feel the quality just sitting in one - truly superb! Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Highly refined engine, throws out 160 HP of power, meshed with an awesome DSG gearbox (7 speed), you could outrun any street car in a flash. Thanks to the dual clutch mechanism you barely notice the up-shifts. Downshifts are mindblowing when you need more power to overtake/ outrun someone on the road. Though this looks like a relaxed banker's car meant to be chauffered around, it can suddenly transform into a driver's car and drag race anyone around. Full Review Well let me start by saying that I firmly believe CIAZ is the best offering from the Maruti Suzuki stables as yet! I was one of the very first customers of the CIAZ in Pune and am damn proud of it. I waited till I did a couple of drives down to Mumbai and stretched her legs properly before penning my thoughts abouts owning the car. Now a bit more detail! Exterior - Elegantly styled the CIAZ Captivates the onlooker immediately with it's presence. Projector Head Lamps included curvaceous headlights look stunning and compliment the Chrome front grille beautifully. The rear end though many may feel is similar to that of the new City (even copied some might add) I far better designed. Especially the fender and the cluster of lights in the tail lights. The 15" wheel caps (VXi+) looks so similar to the 16" Alloys on the higher end variants that it takes a keen eye to realise they are covers and not alloys. The ORVMs with the indicators integrated on them add to the classy look. Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) - What can I say? It beats the City hands down!! Styling, feature list, space you name it! City I'm sure hs many a loyal fan and not without reason till date but here is a car that challenges the till date segment leader and I dare say wins the battle. The entertainment system looks far better in the CIAZ and so does the overall Dashboard. The seats are super comfortable and provide excellent support all over for longer drives. Rear AC and charging points, arm rest and the leg room in the back is just unbelievable. My fiend infact seeing the space asked me to show him the boot to see if Maruti Suzuki designers played a trick here but BAM! The boot is huge too! The steering with audio and phone controls feels great and super convenient. The bluetooth took some time to for me to understand but maybe because I tried to experiment instead of reading the manual! (That's me!) Cruise Control would have been a nice rounding off to the feature list, but I dont see it as a deal breaker for sure! Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox - The engine is smooth and refined as expected from Maruti Suzuki. The K-Series engine gives a great balance of power and ecomony. Company claims 20+ average but I am getting around 15 in city conditions and Pune traffic sucks!! Highway average goes right up close to company claimed. Overall around 17KMPL is great I would say in the Real World. The gearbox is smooth altough initially I did find it a bit tough to select Reverse. Ride Quality & Handling - The ride quality is lovely too! The bumps and ditches synonymous to indian roads are tackled well and the handling at speeds of 140+ km/h on the Express Highway didn't scare the wits out of me. The car handled the curves in the ghat sections brilliantly at 100 K's too! Ground clearance is also good ensuring the bottom isn't getting scraped on the hideous "speed breakers" around town. Final Words - Overall I would say this is probably the best buy I have made in terms of cars bought as yet since even some Merc and BMW owners actually truned aroud to give a second look to my beauty when I passed them by in Pune and Mumbai. Now that's got to be a Compliment if there was one! Sorry McDonalds I'm stealing your line - I'm Loving It! Areas of improvement - Today's customers are vowed by things like Sunroofs and Cruise Control! Try incorporating them maybe as "Optional" features for a reasonable price. Also please do launch the rear windscreen retractable curtain under the Maruti Genuine Spares (MGS) list. It makes huge sense to have one in our climatic conditions especially on long drives. Word of advice, go for petrol. It's silky smooth and more powerful. Mileage in city is an awesome

Previously I used to drive Hyundai Verna petrol. It was very easy to drive but was heavy on the pocket, needed to spend at least Rs 4500 per month for 28 km to and fro drive from home to office. Later in October 2016, I have bought Ciaz ZDI + with SHVS. Initially, I felt that the car is heavy to drive. The car gives me 22 kmpl mileage in the city and 28kmpl on the highway which is amazing for me at the moment. You need to drive a bit slow in the city if you need to get the 22 kmpl with air conditioning and in the range of 60 - 80 Kmph. When I drove at a speed of 160 kmph, the mileage drastically reduced.   Pros : 1. Excellent driveability and easy handling at speeds of 160kmph. 2. Rear Camera biggest advantage as per I am concerned as no need to turn back when reversing or any. 3. Dam good suspension takes easy on Indian roads. 4. Support for iOS and Android phones. 5. Navigation. 6. Superb mileage of 22kmpl in city and 28 kmpl on highways. 7. Big boot space for a family of 5.    

I was considering a couple of other cars in this segment like the Skoda Rapid, Volkswagen Vento & Honda City. My Intention was clear, to buy a Petrol Car, as I am not a fan of the hard fuel (diesel). The Vento and the Rapid are fuel guzzlers, the City was decent however commanded a premium for no reason I could establish. The Ciaz is the car I fell in love the moment I saw it, for a first; it looks like a car that belongs to a segment a notch higher than the one that it competes in. The Interiors are plush and luxurious, I would still give it to the Honda city in the seat comfort and the quality of seats. However, on the comfort front, I think the Ciaz sweeps it. It is stable and absorbs most of the pots with a sublime ease and barely transfers the thud inside. The manoeuvrability and handling are good enough and the car handles like a cake. The power delivery is linear and the car may not excite you initially, however, get used to the power delivery and you will be able to take the maximum meat out of the machine. However, if you are a very power hungry person or a person who loves to cruise at higher speeds this 1.4 L piston ain't gonna help & this is the least powerful car in its segment, the others are 1.5L and 1.6L engines. However, if you are a steady cruiser and love comfort over excitement, iIsuggest you look no further. The mileage is one department that the Ciaz excels and beats the competition by leaps and bounces. I easily get around 18 kmpl on the highways and around 13 kmpl in city traffic. For a car of this size, I am sure that's incredible. The boot space is massive and can take three full-size suitcases with ease along with a couple of handbags as well. The music system's sound quality is really good. The NVH levels are fair and good for a car of this segment. All in all, I am happy with my buy and simply in love with it.  

I purchased my Ciaz ZXi+ on 31st May 2016. It was a decision that took some thinking coz I was restricted by my budget of around ~10 lakhs. I was considering mostly a mid segment sedan, although I wanted my first car to be equipped with all the features of today. Trust me, Ciaz Zxi+ has all the features any one would look for in their first car + much more. The car is super spacious from the inside, one can easily squeeze 4 adults on the back seat. Plus the boot is superb from a mid - size family travelling between cities. I am also a fan of the ride quality of ciaz, which because of its 16 - inch tyres feels at home even on the jerkiest roads, here in Kanpur.The pick up of the car is superb & feels superb at high speeds. I have tested it upto 140kmph at the Yamuna Expressway en route Delhi. Another big plus in the Ciaz is the superb music system & the touch infotainment. This looks much better than those on the other cars in this segment. The sound of music in the ciaz is also superb, regardless of whether you are listening to Ghazals or Honey singh.While I was looking at its competitors before making the purchase, I saw that CIAZ offered pretty much the same features that other brands were offering for at least for Rs. 2.5 lakh more. Add to that the low - maintenance costs for owning a Maruti & the great after sales/service for your first car and the gap seems much larger.I have also tried out other cars in the segment and trust me Ciaz is the most spacious & comfy. Now a days, when a decent hatchback costs around ~7 - 8 lakhs, putting close to 10L in ciaz seems to me, as the more reasonable choice. I am sure a family of 5 - 6 persons can be much more happily & comfortably placed in Ciaz than any hatchback or even other sedans in the segment. Another rather personal confession is that the CIAZ (especially in black colour) is guaranteed to get you more eyebals than any of its competitors. the gaudy black nose & the wide stance that the Ciaz has due to its width & length gives it a high - class feel. I am sure the ground clearance obviously adds to the zeal.One of the cons however, I feel is still the mileage. It gives upto 13.5km/ltre & has run for a little over 9k kms. Though thats not an impediment at all, because if you are sitting at the back & being driven by a chauffeur you can experience the fun of being in an luxury car almost. Another con if I have to think of is a bit of cabin noise when one is operating at low - gear in city traffic.Finally, for anyone looking for a not - so - modest first car in a modest budget Ciaz should definitely be the best choice.
