Easy to drive car but with very poor mileage

I drove asta petrol variant about 20k kilometres, overall experience driving this car good, but huge disappointment comes with its fuel economy, city - 10kmpl avg., highway - 16kmpl avg. whatever you see online misleads you, if you are buying this car then have mindset of getting poor to avg. fuel economy. You may be thinking that it could be because if driving style, absolutely not, you will realise it when you start driving it. Fuel gauge is just a toy in grand i10, not useful at all to check the fuel efficiency. Looks - avg Interiors & features - good Rear AC - below avg., it's just for name sake, can't feel it Ease of driving - excellent For City rides - good For highway - avg, behaves like a feather beyond 100kmph Fuel economy - very very poor I recommend not to go with this car if you are on highways frequently and worry about fuel economy.
