Really a welcome step by Tata.
Though owning two cars earlier before the purchase of this car, I was bit hesitating to purchase a new car from Maruti stable as the cars tested Baleno and desire (having a good engine with great pickup) does not satisfy me as I had noticed a good amount of body roll from both cars. This is one of the best car I have driven ever in my life. I am writing this review after driving petrol xz version almost 6500 KM. First I have analyzed my need and requirement. Tigor XZ+ is a wonderful car! Got mine in December 2018, it's simply the perfect car that you would like to have. It has a good engine! A wonderful music system, the cabin is airy, and you sit snug and secure in the perfectly upholstered seats. Very good for long distance travel. Ground clearance of a 170mm is a big plus point.

I hav been using Tata Tigor XM for the past few months, the car is good, comfortable and has good audio setup. But the only thing I personally have noticed that the petrol version which I am using, is now a day creating more engine noise which is increasing day by day.

This is the best compact sedan. I have a Tata Tigor XZ Petrol. The car has 1.2 litre petrol engine. Nothing to say about the design as it is the best and is really better than any other compact sedan.

I purchased this vehicle on very second day of its launch. By that time I had already driven and rested amaze, owned new Dzire for two months which I sold, Aspire and Xcent, Baleno, Freestyle. One of the better cars in the compact sedan segment. Bought it over the Dzire and haven't faced any issues so far. 12000kms already done in 7 months and the mileage I'm getting is very decent as well (14-15 city and 19-20 highway). I bought Tata Tigor XZ(O) petrol in march 2018. First service is completed and it has run over 6000 km. It gives excellent mileage on highway. I have got mileage of 19-20 kmpl on highway and it easily gives 14-15 kmpl mileage in city also. When I drove car on the highway then highest mileage is 19.7kmpl but in the city, it is 10.5 kmpl only. The music system and looking of the car is good. But when the car comes in 5th gear then some sound coming from engine. Map is also not working properly sometimes. Overall a good car.

I own the XT petrol variant of Tigor. The car is better looking and has a good road presence. Its the ride quality that disappoints the occupants. My name is Rahul Balpande from Nagpur. I purchased Tata Tigor xzo on 11th January 2018 . I am facing very bad experience from TATA MOTORS. Within a mouth i got paint issue. I bought Tata Tigor in March 2018. There are so many plus points. Design is great. Interiors are classic. Music system is world class. AC output is excellent. Driving comfort is too good. It is fare in looks, with a hint of follow me lights and fare ground clearance, it's engine is good with a power steering as smooth as butter and with average of 18 kmpl . I HAVE GOT DELIVERY OF TATA TIGOR ON 17.03.2018 FROM DEALER WITH IN 30MIN IT HAS GOT ENGINE PROBLEM AND AC PROBLEM FROM THAT TIME TO TILL NOW IT IS IN SERVICE CENTER. I SINCERELY SUGGEST U NOT TO GO WITH TATA BRAND.THEY ARE NOT EVEN TAKING ANY SERIOUSNESS IN THISS ISSUE.

There is no application to map navigation from iPhone, it is very challenging when you buy top variant and then you have to use your phone to check navigation and there is some connectivity issue using Bluetooth and touch issues as well. If you can ignore little noise from the engine then this Car is very good for you in compare to Maruti Suzuki Dzire. You will get same mileage, space, interior and features at the Low cost. Tigor gives you highest boot space than Dzire.
