Hyundai Santro Xing is the famous compact hatchback from the stable of HMIL. The company is offering this model in four petrol and three LPG trim options. Among the variants available, Hyundai Santro Xing (Non AC) is the entry level trim in its series. It is equipped with a 1.1-litre petrol engine, which comes with a displacement capacity of 1086cc and it allows the car to generate a good fuel economy. It is blessed with an advanced braking and suspension mechanism that keeps the vehicle stable at all times. It is incorporated with a multi point fuel injection supply system that helps in generating 14.45 Kmpl in the city traffic and it gives close to 17.92 Kmpl on the highways, which is rather good for this segment. This petrol mill has the ability to propel this hatchback from 0-100 Kmph in about 16.2 seconds. At the same time, it can attain a top speed of 141 Kmph that is quite good for this segment.

Braking and Handling:

The front axle is assembled with a McPherson strut, which is further accompanied by coil spring, while the rear comes fitted with torsion beam axle along with similar coil springs. This variant comes with a manual energy absorbing steering system, which is collapsible and makes the handling rather comfortable. It supports a minimum turning radius of 4.4 meters.
