I found the ride to be slightly improved over the previous generation but the car still sends all bumps and irregularities from the road to the passengers. The only difference is that the bumps feel slightly more blunt or tamed. Overall the ride is still on the hard side. I am an early adopter to Swift when it was launched. I bought a 2006 vxi edition with 1.3 ltr engine. As I remember, it was the best luxury car at that price of Rs.4.85 lakhs.
