I'm using this car's diesel top variant 2.0 AT 4WD for 1 year and trust it never disappointed me. I've driven the car to Manali, Nepal, Bhutan, Arunachal, Sikkim, Ladakh. But it never broke down in this period. But don't know why Indians avoid this vehicle as it is one of the highest-selling car across the world except for India. Car lover must try for this car because of its performance and design. This car will not look old even after 5 years. Look 5/5 Features: 4/5 Comfort: 4. 5/5 Performance: 4/5  Drive and handling: 4.5/5  Power: 4.5. It reached 197 kmph (approximately) Torque: There are probably a few cars in this segment with 400 nm of Torque but Tucson has the ability to go for offloading and escaped from any situation. Mileage: Mileage is not mattered for a four-wheel-drive car. I got 12 to 13 in highway and 9 to 10 in city drive. 4WD: The four-wheel-drive system of this car is work so smoothly even in the slippery road and it wheels attach with the surface so well. Safety: 4/5 * Service cost: 3.5/5 * (As I own the 4WD variant so my service cost is little high than 2WD variant but it is under a very friendly price.) Value for money: 5/5 * (If you want a car for comfort, off-road and its dynamic looks then Tucson is for you) After-sale service: I can't say it but as the demand of this car in India is very low. 

Buying Exp: It was good, it's my second car with Hyundai and the process was streamlined. I got the top model 4WD diesel. * PROS: - Awesome engine: 400 nm is amazing torque and best in its class, and like BMW X1. The auto gear shift is smooth and the car is fun to drive. I didn't care to buy a 7 seater Fortuner/Endeavour as I was looking for a relatively compact 5 seater which was more fun to drive, and easy to manoeuvre in the city as well. - Mileage is in a range of 9-13 kmpl depending on drive mode and traffic. - The seat is comfortable and the cabin looks airy and spacious. - Great cabin quality, no diesel engine sound inside the car, feels like a petrol car. Android Auto/Apple Car Play and good touch screen. Button seat adjustment on the driver side is good, along with a button and sensor-based tailgate. - The good rearview camera, which works in the night. - Sensor for crash detection is quite good as well. * CONS: - Tyre size of 225/55 R18 is rare in the market, and the ones provided by Nexen seems to be ok. I had to struggle a lot for tire change recently, the size was nearly available in Delhi NCR, can't imagine challenges in smaller cities. - No Sun/Moon roof is a disappointment at the time of buying, as the USA variants had a panoramic one.

A super SUV model, smooth engine, comfy seats, luxurious interior, strong body and also it delivers good mileage.

An awesome drive experience unlike any other. Highway performance and mileage are above satisfactory. 

 In Hyundai Tucson the fuel efficiency is bad. The mileage in diesel is not more than 10 km/l in the city.

I am driving a 2017 model Diesel GLS (GLS discontinued in diesel) white beauty. The car is definitely overpriced by at least 2 lakhs but if you can bear with this fact, then it is the best 5 seater SUV in its class. Performance of this car definitely pips Harrier and Compass by miles, thanks to its 183bhp and 400nm torque in Diesel. It offers a mileage of 10-11 in City and 15-17 on the highway. Some of the tops of the class features are: Electronic Parking Brake, Auto Hold feature (Unique to Tucson), Electric boot open and close (Unique), Drive Modes, 513 liters boot (biggest in segment), Front parking sensors (Unique), Hill Ascent and Descent control feature, Puddle lights like in BMW (Unique) , Powered driver seats and what not. YOU JUST CANNOT GO WRONG WITH THIS CAR.

For long drive this car is very comfortable due to spacious cabin and good height. Driving is amazing experience due to 183 bjp power generation. I am getting city mileage of 12/13 km per lit and 16 ka per for long drive. Pick up of the car is very good so that overtaking is easy with confidence.

I purchased it a month ago and it is a perfect SUV with a wonderful performance. Interior is well designed with full leather and wider space for keeping your legs both on passengers side as well as the on the driver side. The mileage outcome could have been better as it currently stands at 10 to 11km per liter(diesel). It touches 12 to 13 on a highway. The features are very good with the touch screen infotainment. Due to safety reasons, the video is not playable while you are driving. However, this prevents the passengers to see movies and videos.
