Once a person buys a Hyundai car, he won't hesitate to buy a new one again. i20 is a good family car, hood music system, a/c, comfort.     Comparing to Baleno, i20 is lesser in the headrest and even not comfortable to keep the leg. Less in fuel capacity and even in mileage. It should be still upgraded in fuel, mileage, comfort, ground clearance. Service cost should become low. Spare parts are too costly.
