Maruti Alto K10 AMT Version A Boon in Traffic

Maruti was the pioneer in setting the trend of affordable automatic cars in India. Maruti Alto K10 was already the most lovable affordable Indian car and with the introduction of AMT version, it just added another feather to the cap. When I bought the car I first tested in the congested and stop-go traffic of Delhi, the experience of which was satisfactory. The car always felt easy to drive, reasonably peppy with the AMT gear shifts a lot smoother than those in Celerio. Maybe company has omitted some of the jerkiness following customer feedback. Another point of satisfaction with the car is that it is easy on sipping fuel with a mileage of around 24kmpl in mix driving conditions. To me, it has been a convenient city car and with AMT gearbox onboard, the agility and easy to drive quotient is further enhanced. The incredible convenience of AMT in Rs. 4 lakhs is not a bad deal at all.
