Car is not having Best Quality Material and Service is Too Bad

Look and Style: No doubt, the looking of the car is very nice and stylish. Comfort: Good Comfort in driving and the seating comfort of the other passengers is good too. Pickup: Pickup is not as per Petrol motor expectation and average is very low. Mileage: Same as the pickup, not as per petrol engine's expectation. Best Features: Steering Adjustment, ground clearance, Headlamps and ABS. Needs to improve: Bad quality material is used for interiors like Power window machine and Wipers. Matting is also of very lower class not as per new car's matting expectations. Overall Experience: Car runs very good for 1 month after that 3-4 parts were changed due to a very lower class material used. Service Center Haldwani (Gola Ganpati) has charged to the customer for parts with saying that you don't have AMC, so no support of other parts other than Engine. This is First Brand in India, those who are not providing warranty on others except Engine. Other Brands give 2-3 years warranty with complete cover. I believe Tata is providing 2-year warranty, but the third party svc are taking charges from Customers.
