My Worst Experience On MG Hector Sharp DCT

This review is for those people who are quite skeptical about buying MG Hector. Even I was an individual who was in a dilemma about whether to buy the car or not. Frankly, speaking the features of the car is great and the comfort it provides is overall good but when you check on the performance of the car and mileage of the car, I regret buying the car. I own a petrol Sharp DCT model of Hector. The mileage claimed by the company is around 12-13 kmpl whereas the mileage it provides is less than 7kmpl. Another important aspect I would like to discuss is about servicing and staff attitude. It's pathetic, they don't pick up the calls when required, they don't offer the car on time after service, they use the car for test drive purpose (for others). I am completely unsatisfied with the service team and MG motors. I have used multiple cars and have been associated with other dealers but this was is the worst. Nevertheless, in my opinion, don't go for MG. You could get a better car worth Rs.22 lakhs with better customer loyalty and features. Usually, customers are of prime importance but MG makes a customer fee that they have done charity towards the customer. This is my personal experience with the vehicle and showroom dealers. I regret buying MG Hector.
