Tell me about Maruti Swift interiors?
Maruti Swift is a stylish compact hatchback and its interiors are no exception. Maruti have used good quality materials to make the insides premium, it is one of the best in the segment and it is only the VW Polo that beats it in quality. There is good use of different sorts of textures that maruti have used on the all black interiors. The dash and the sides panels are marked by black plastic and faux silver inserts that end up on the front doors. The central console gets stylish music system and electronic A/C controls and defogger controls that give a premium feel while operating them. The multi-function steering wheel makes things easy as changing music tracks are easy and this is aided by the steering mounted bluetooth controls that makes seamless calling. A Start/Stop feature can now be noticed by the right side of the steering wheel. The seats are typical Maruti and are comfortable but they could have been a little firmer than they are. The rear seat are comfortable and headroom and legroom are just about enough. The music system is good if not best in the segment. Air conditioning works well at almost all temperatures. NVH levels are nicely tackled and bad road bumps and road texture variation do not filter through largely. Moreover, now there are rear parking sensors to aid revrsing.
