I am highly disappointed by this car due to the range and behavior of the dealer. I am driving this car daily for the last four months and very much upset by the real-world range. I really feel cheated.

I had a Honda City, 2009 make. The claimed city mileage for the car was 14 kmpl. I used to get 15 just using some driving hacks. In addition, all electric equipment on an EV is powered by the same btty
Just like a normal IC engine car, range depends on driving and traffic. If you fuel a diesel car and turn it on only to leave it standing still, it will eventually run out of fuel without traveling.
