Stuck on the road....There are chances!!!!
Saturday when we were all set to start a journey, the SUV refused to get into the reverse gear and was stuck !We asked a road side assistance and the assistance came in 3 days and moved the vehicle to nearest TVS service point. It was found to have a jammed right back wheel and a broken break liner.Apparently this vehicle is not to be put on a hand break while at rest and this is nowhere mentioned in the manual! We later on found out the same complaint is increasingly noted in Duster and Terrano...n both are of same make! We had to pay 21000/- to get the vehicle back two days later... n the warranty and free assistance are just offers never fulfilled! Wonder if guarantee n warranty doesn't apply for the break system ...what is the use?

- Super mileage and 6 gear car..Excellent in class.. with stability and 4 wheel drive.. the negative are the advanced features like the small touch screen, 2 airbags only. Still very good car for City drive and hill station.. the 6 gear is the best feature with good power and stability. The mileage of 20km/l is awesome.और देखें1
