Mercedes Benz CLA Class, the high performance luxury saloon from the German auto major has made its entry into the country's automobile market. This is the first time ever that the car maker has done a TV commercial for Indian car enthusiasts. This time around, it has come up with a perfect slogan for this AMG saloon called “Ah My God”, as this is a high performance vehicle in its class. It is powered by a 2.0-litre turbocharged, 4-cylinder petrol engine that can unleash a maximum power of 360bhp along with a peak torque output of 450Nm, which is remarkable. The auto maker has borrowed some components of SLS AMG, which includes a sports exhaust system and engine cooling technology that helps it to deliver dynamic on-road performance. At the same time, its 7-speed AMG speedshift DCT transmission gear box works in combination with their trademark 4MATIC AWD system that enables 50:50 load distribution and provides a supple driving experience at all times. This vehicle is packed with a slew of advanced features like COMAND online system, active parking assist and a THERMOTRONIC automatic climatic control system. This saloon comes with signature AMG body styling that gives it a dynamic appearance from all facets. Its insides too are blessed with neatly sculptured cosmetics like a 3-spoke sports steering wheel, brushed metallic inserts and performance seats, which reflects the exclusivity of this saloon.
