My Datsun Redi-Go Sports driving experience is better than what I was expecting from it before entering to the driver seat. The dynamic shape of the car will impress you very well in the class. Metallic red color will impress you. Single door entry, single wiper and two power window will reduce buyer's money. Only three colours are available ruby (red), grey and white, Datsun should provide more colour options. In terms of steering the car as well pedals pressing and gear shifting is very smooth and light than expected. Steering wheel angle should be a little bit reduced. Seating arrangement is more comfort than similar cars available in the class and price range. Seating height is managed well for a taller person too. My driving experience was much more than expected from this car. Under the hood, you have a single option of fuel and that is petrol only. And it feels correct decision by the manufacturer. Ex-show room price is around 3.7 lakh, company claimed mileage is 25 km/l on the highway and 21 km/l in city, engine 800 cc (petrol) with 53 bhp. Five seating capacity seems fine when three person are under the hood on rear seat. Next level challenge/ opportunity is for Datsun to launch it with AGS/ AMT (auto gear shift). Overall its a very good car when compared in terms of comfort driving, seating capacity and the price. Datsun shown their confidence of quality product by providing 2 years warranty with unlimited kilometers (during the period of 2 years).
