The country's home grown automobile manufacturer, Ashok Leyland has rolled out the much awaited Multi Purpose Vehicle, Ashok Leyland Stile in the Indian market. This MPV is a badge-engineered version of the Nissan Evalia and it has been developed jointly by Ashok Leyland and Nissan Motor. The auto maker has rolled out this MPV in seven variants and it is also available in both seven and eight seat configuration. The Ashok Leyland Stile LE is the base variant and available in only an eight seat configuration. The company has trendy exterior styling, which includes a broad front grille, a stylish front bumper, a bright headlight cluster and also gets sliding rear windows. The interior cabin includes a fabric floor carpet, foldable second row seats, tilt adjustable steering column, seats made of PVC material and many more features. Coming to the engine specifications, this MPV is available only with a diesel motor. This variant is powered by a 1.5-litre, 16 valve, turbo-intercooled diesel engine that churns out a maximum power of 75bhp at 3300rpm and generates a peak torque of 185Nm in between 1750 to 2750rpm. This vehicle has been blessed with an advanced safety and comfort features such as an engine immobilizer, a rear door child lock, a tinted glass, a foot rest for driver and many more aspects. This MPV comes with two years or 50,000 kms warranty, whichever is earlier.

Exteriors :

The company has extensively worked on the exterior styling of this Stile, which looks more appealing and stylish and will certainly grab the attention of the buyers. This vehicle extends to an overall length of 4400mm, width of 1700mm and height 0f 1860mm. It comes with a spacious wheelbase of 2725mm and also has a minimum turning circle radius of 5.2 meters and a minimum ground clearance of 180mm. The front end is designed in an elegant manner and it gets a black finished front grille with three Horizontal slats, a black colored bumper , which further enhances the exterior styling. This engine produces a maximum power output of 75bhp at 3600rpm and generates a peak torque of 185Nm in between 1750 to 2750rpm. The company has blessed this MPV with a five-speed manual transmission gearbox that transmits power to the front wheels of this vehicle. It offers a high fuel efficiency of 16.2 Kmpl in the city and about 19.5 Kmpl on the highways .
