The engine options on the Land Rover Range Rover Defender will be available in a pair of 4-cylinder diesels: D200 (200PS/430Nm) and D240 (240PS/430Nm). The petrol offerings include the P300 which houses a 2.0-liter, 4-cylinder engine with 300PS/400Nm and the P400 that gets the 3.0-liter, 6-cylinder unit (400PS/550Nm) with mild-hybrid tech. Land Rover says a plug-in hybrid will be introduced at a later stage.
