Good car that comes with pathetic customer service

Hi, I am Gokila, Like I said in the pros and cons, Nissan Sunny is best in its class for the pricing. Though the current price has increased up to 1.0 lakh from the time when I purchased one year back. But the problem comes in the form of the dealership or I wonder is this an NISSAN management problem itself.  One should not feel awkward when it comes to service. I took my car from Marvel Nissan, Salem. The whole team is incompetent, arrogant and negligent.  If u want to buy a car from Nissan, better do not commit an accident. Unfortunately, if u met with an accident, the dealers will make you feel horrible why I have purchased this damn car. They will tell you some idiotic reasons and drag it to 9 months and still not sure whether you will get the delivery before your insurance is expired or not. If u can go through this terrible service from NISSAN management and its incompetent dealers, you can blindly go and purchase NISSAN cars.
