Worst service..Once g वन is gone..
Extremely disappointed with Ford !! What do you do wen your car is stuck up in rains , broken down and that too in yesterday heavy rain in Mumbai !! No mechanic touches your car as it is FORD... This incident is of yesterday 29th Aug wen Mumbai encountered so much of rain!! I called up Ford road side assistance and they say we can't come today and will see to the matter tomorrow. We got the car tied to the nearest safe place and came back . In the morning after calling up Ford atleast 10 times , they told they will get the car picked up by 11 am but no one attended and we waited till 7 p.m today.Infact at the end again we got the car toed to the service centre in evening at 7 after waiting for so long hours!!! How can a 1 year old car which has not even run 10k kilometers can breakdown so easily..Yesterday road side was filled with Ford breakdown cars..Now they are ready to prepare heavy bills and milk down the customer..Atleast Ford is not meant for india...Zero service and zero quality..Shameless people.. with Siddharth Shankar
