Ford Figo

I have been using Ford Figo since 2016 and have done 89000 km so far. Bought extended warranty of 3 years and 100000 km, believe me, it helped me a lot. Here are highlights of ownership till now: Pros: 1.) Best engine in class with 100 ps. 2.) Best fuel mileage with thrilling torque: miles ahead of NEXA and Maruti. 3.) Most sturdy and well gripped. 4.) Excellent driver visibility. 5.) Well insulated cabin to sit with apollo OEM fitment. 6. Lower cost of ownership as compared with NEXA and Maruti models. 7.) Only hatch-back with 6 airbags- best in class safety features. 8.) Great storage space even for 1L bottles. 9.) A big-time fan of audio system- above all. Cons: 1.) Braking is poor, ABS locks and I don't think it works at all. 2.) Power steering stops working some times. 3.) Night visibility is poor because of poor headlights. 4.0 Air-conditioning stops cooling of its own, got it rectified twice but refrigerant keeps on leaking because of faulty components- need to go to service station again. 5.) Poor rear wiper design and washing people damaged the same unknowingly- very expensive as well. 6.) Front seats are the worst- high discomfort to lower back at all the adjustments. 7.) Automatic climate control makes noises after switching off the engine. 8.) Poor dashboard design analog with dial pad. 9.) Wipper and turn indicator switches are too hard to operate- should be soft. 10). No handles on the roof for occupants because of airbags- could be arranged on side pillars like SUV. 11.) Should have an automatic transmission in diesel.
