The problem of brake failure is a technical issue which persists in automatic Kia Seltos. I purchased a Kia Seltos automatic GT Line. While driving in a traffic jam or on decedent roads, if you hold breaks for 5-10 seconds and as soon as you forward the vehicle and want to stop, it will not stop as the brake get hard as wood padel and breaks don't apply which gives me a lot of mental trauma and insecurity in driving Kia Seltoes. You may try it on any automatic seat. This fact may be discussed and confirmed by any service engineer in any service centre. I wrote to Kiacare@india.response received from the Kia Sppedingo service centre but the problem was not resolved. They say that breaks are hydraulic and it will lock if you press them constantly but pressing break in a traffic jam and a decent slope is mandatory. Hope, this problem doesn't exist in the new facelift Kia. Right now I am driving it like a manual as I am taking care of accidents by the frequent change from driving mode to neutral and keeping one hand ready on hand breakers. As discussed earlier.
