Bad after sales service in Chandigarh
I m particularly writing about Krishna Auto in Chandigarh. My car Chandigarh-2279, is with skoda body shop since last 20 days -Every time I called they said parts are coming. I even called skoda toll free customer support they were also not replying on this issue. If parts are not available even in skoda then whats the use buying such cars. Even the company is not able to provide the spare parts. Company claim themself to provide the best after sales, but in actual its not. Customer support is also not ready to register any kind of complaint and I also sent mail to them but no reply.
