Worst Experience.
I owned Duster 85 PS RXZ. I purchased it in 2017. Since then I have an alternate failure of the Control switch every 20000 km. The third-time switch failed on 4th Sept. 20. Earlier failed on 42 K, 63 K, and now 80 K. Since last two times they replaced but now they asking for money of 9 K. They do not bother to find the root cause of failure. The customer has to pay 9000 by every 20000 km. Even safety features are 0. Third-time failure when I was driving with my 5 family members and fire came out from switch. That was a serious incident and by god we saved. So don't buy Duster and Renault Car. Worst experience with Renault. Buy only an Indian car.
