After so many tests and trials I decided to buy Tata Nexon. The build quality and riding comfort are good. However Tata lacks in fit and finish, you can find some shortcomings in the vehicle's finishing and fittings. They need to go through a strict inspection before putting a Tested and OK sticker. In my case, the indicator had an issue as it was blinking irregularly and when I reported this with the SC they told me that the software is not updated. Plus my window-side bidding was loose It had to be fixed at SC. I can not expect these loopholes after spending 11-12 lacs from such a big brand. My car is one month old and I am getting a mileage of 11km in the city as of now which is on the lower side. They also need to improve in customer relations. Response time and coordination are required.
