Best in budget but think twice

Hi, I wanted to buy a hatchback within 8 lakhs. Since I am a petrol head I opted out the fast-moving cars. Among Tiago, Swift, Polo, i10, and Celerio. I took the test drive of all.  1st TIAGO was a good car but then lack of space and then the engine was not refined at all and the exterior is not that great. Then I went for polo and realized buying petrol would be foolish due to mileage. Celerio was good but then it was more like tin cash and had no sporty look. I10 was great,  best in class and I would get Asta for around 7.3 after discounts. It is the best in class, the only compromise was in space and ground clearance. I then went for the Swift, I got a good deal for 7.12 along with the kit worth 30,000 and a free 3m coating. I know a lot of people claiming Suzuki is a tin can but hey do u own one. I liked the interiors and the exterior. I got the VXI variant and added alloy wheels. It was price worthy and the best part is NHV . The vibration is at min like in polo gt. There was nothing to compromise on now. I have driven 8000km in just 2 months(delivery on October 17) and it still feels new. The only issue I faced was the fit and finish of interior but don't worry the showroom people at body shop fix it if necessary. The mileage is also best, I get 16 in the city and 18-19 in the highway. I rip around 130 and the car is stable provided windows are not open. The mileage claimed is with AC and coming to the most important part, the build quality. I also crashed the car a bit due to pedestrian alert and the car is pretty safe. I crashed in 3rd gear so the speed was around 40 to a light pole. My front and rear doors got a mild dent, the part above Tyre got a dent as well . But the wheel was steady. I also witnessed a crash on Tumkur highway. We we're tailing each other at 90-100 and he crashed into the divider . He drove the same 2018 Swift zdi variant, and the car was smashed , the front bumpers, left Tyre and region near the Tyre was gone. But that's not Soo bad for crashing at 100. But u can't compare with Hyundai or VW but then without ladder frame that is okayish. So if you are a safe driver I recommend this car. If you are a reckless driver then I believe you should change your ways.  Concerning the safety of passengers the airbags deployed in time and not a single scratch to them. They even had a baby of around 6-10 who was in the back seat and he just had some small bruises over arm All the best with your new and enjoy. But if you have a budget of just six lakh, I recommend Tiago over Swift , if you ha ave budget more than 7 buy Swift if over 10 buy polo
