Worst car i have ever maintained

I bought Maruti Swift ZDI plus AGS in Aug 2017. Initially, the car was fine and later after a couple of services it started jerking in 1st & 2nd gears and terrible low-speed ride in traffic and city. I had sent to the authorised workshop but no result as the car itself has a problem. Moreover recently I was travelling with 4 people and suddenly the transaxle warning light appeared and had to stop the car for the gearbox to get cooled. The authorised personnel said there is no problem in the car.
