Maruti Dzire  VXI (AGS) The car which I am reviewing below is Maruti Dzire, Petrol, VXI (AGS). The basic selection of this car is to select a vehicle which gives ease of driving in city traffic, as I have to travel almost 100 km per day. Other point of selection is the mileage of the vehicle, which is always good in the case of Brand Name Maruti. Another car which I considered seriously was Baleno. My view was Baleno is hatchback and Dzire is a compact sedan, however, the length of both the cars is the same. I feel there is a lot of boot space for rear bench in Baleno and boot space is compromised. The legroom in Baleno is like wastage of space which is not in case of Dzire. I bought it from Saya Automobiles at GT Karnal Road. When I went to the dealership in August that time test vehicle was not there, so alternatively I was offered Maruti Dzire VXI Manual for trial and I was told that there is no much difference except the transmission. The basic that I have decided to purchase the AGS version of this car. Now, I am driving this vehicle from the past 9 Months now. In my opinion, there's always some positives and negatives in each vehicle. Below are few of the likes and dislikes for this vehicle as per me. Mileage Good with AGS Mode As per me its good for a vehicle to give 17km/hr in city traffic that also when it has automatic transmission. I am happy with it terms of mileage. Looks Appreciable Looks of this vehicle are very curvy which is very different from its competitors and its predecessors. Features  Rear AC Keeping in mind the weather conditions of the city, I guess, rear AC is a good option for the car where 4 can sit. There are a few things I don't like about this vehicle Power. Low on AGS Mode When you drive it on AMT/AGS mode, you feel engine doesn't have much power unless you press the accelerator hard. To feel the reality of the engine of this AGS vehicle, I would suggest driving it on Manual Mode and then you will feel the power of the car. But by that time, don't think about mileage at all. Handling Not smooth as compared to Hyundai I found the handling of this car is not as smooth as it should be. I found a delay of a fraction of a second in the response to the vehicle.
