The latest version of the Baleno even though has been made costlier than the earlier version still can attain a good position in its segment. We tried to take a look at a possible competition for the car but were not able to. The closest one is swift from Maruti only where I dont understand the company's strategy. I20 through stands a good chance but have been made into an ugly duck by Hyundai after a facelift Pro's: Best looks Enhanced comfort Delta variants having equal size tyres (Stepney tyre inclusive) Good balance of features among varients Cabin comfort Boot space ABS - ABD and Airbags in all versions Con's: No enhancement in tech specs from previous version Company fitted seat covers looks cheap and doesn't fit to Nexa feel Maruti fitting Swift and Baleno in similar price range enough to confuse Varients having alloy wheels having wheelbase variation in Stepney tyre Audio system very basic and not having rear cam connectivity We are finalising the car, even when it is not a perfect package.
