Poor mileage

I bought this car at 2017 August till now car driven 6000 km. I am getting 10 to 12 mileage in the city and high way maximum 16 kmpl. Very poor mileage. I approached maruti service station they made some trial run on the high way with some meter. Finally they said that your car giving 19.5 kmpl on highway and 18.5 in city. But real time it is not. I am disappointed with this car.
