Alto K10 Was The Right Choice!

I was searching for a hatchback in the 1.0 litre category. Choice was between the Hyundai Eon, Renault Kwid and Maruti Alto K10. I did sample all three by taking a test drive however it was the Maruti Alto K10 that came out on top. Reasons - firstly my dad owned the iconic Maruti 800, so the soft corner was seeded much before. Secondly it is an upgrade from 800cc to 1000cc therefore the K Series power plant underneath provides better power and performance. In comparison to Alto 800, this one's better refined as it produces 68 PS of power output with 90 Nm of torque. Its 5 speed transmission is joy to operate in the city as well as on the open highway. Thirdly I am in love with the cabin as it is very comfortable. The audio system in my Maruti Alto K10 VXI comes compatible with radio, MP3, CD and USB offering decent sound quality while listening to music.
