Hyundai i20 has a great infrastructure of its showrooms with a supportive sales executive. Unlike Baleno, you won't get super premium experience but it is quite acceptable. Pros: 1.) Looks is the most subjective matter. You can say i20 isn't the best looking car in the segment, yes, but its design is appealing and little sporty. Baleno is the best looking car in the segment in terms of looks, I would like to rate 4/5 for i20. 2.) Features like rear AC vents, rear armrest, front sliding armrest, wireless charging, cornering lamp (which also counts in safety), cooled glove box etc. are very useful. So comparing with segment cars, i20 is best. Rating 5/5. 3.) Safety As revised government norms there are many standard safety norms, talking above the standards then, 6 Airbags, projector headlamps, auto door lock, impact sensing auto door unlock, heavy body metal (mix alloy) sheet etc. Good built quality over Baleno and Jazz. Rating 5/5. 4.) Music/Infotainment best in class with 7" touch screen, Arkamys sound system, 4 speakers and tweeters, auto link, i-blue mobile application, Android Auto, Apple Car Play etc. Rating 4.5/5.  5.) Seats is one of the important factors. Seats are quite comfortable with good under-thigh support. There might be a problem with 5 people in long distance but if you travel 4 people then it is very comfortable. Rating 4/5. 6.) Handling with a higher kerb weight in the segment, i20 provides the best stability on road. Steering feels extremely smooth. Rating 4/5. Cons: 1.) Mileage is the most important aspect, i20 lose the race as provide the lowest mileage in the segment. Rating 2/5. 2.) Performance is not good, i20's pick-up is not good in the petrol engine. Baleno and Jazz have a very good pick-up in petrol. Rating 3/5. 3.) As far as practicality is concerned i20 is a moderately practical car. It provides around 285 ltr boot space which is quite low but with a cooled glove box, 4 bottle holders, 2 cup holders, etc. Baleno is slightly more practical. Rating 3/5.
