The Hyundai i20 is almost a perfect hatchback for the Indian market. StyleGreat look and very good appearance. The flowy design, classy headlamps and soft curves all along the body give it a sense of elegance and quality. It even looks sporty from some angles. The seats up front are extremely comfortable and offer good levels of support, especially the lower back. But the thigh support was slightly lacking and the headrests are not comfortable for your neck if you're anything above 5 feet 8. The suspension on the i20 is the tricky bit, it provides a really comfortable ride at low speeds, but becomes little bouncy at high speeds and in rough patches. It gives a mileage of 15-18 kmpl easily in city traffic, but it of course varies with your driving style. Arguably the segment leader, it equals that car on performance and efficiency, and just pips it when practicality is taken into account. The new Hyundai i20 is a very good value for money buy indeed.
