If you are looking for a small car in your budget, you will have a very minimum number of option to choose between. The competition will be based mostly between Eon and Maruthi 800/Alto. Both are good cars but Eon has impressed me with its good looks, both externally and internally. The car looks simple and stylish outside and the dual toned interiors too look good. Felt that it is looking good for the price range it is offered for. It's a good vehicle for a small family. The car looks fairly stable even at 100 kmph and never felt any discomfort driving at this speeds. Handling of a car is good and gear shifting is smooth. Seats are comfortable and the car has sufficient space for 4 persons.Not very comfortable when it comes to a 5th person, but can be adjusted. The car is comfortable for a small family of 4. The car too has an ample boot space for travels. The petrol engine offers a fairly good performance. Heard some good reviews about the mileage too but I have not seen a good mileage from my car. Could be due to the way I drive. Ok but not very comfortable for a long drive. Best car to drive around in the city traffic. Offers good pickup and control.
