I've been an owner of the Honda Amaze 2017 Diesel variant and have clocked in about 43,000kms as of now. The 1.5l engine is an absolute charm. It feels quite powerful. The power can actually be felt and appreciated only after you drive any other vehicle of this segment i.e. The Maruti Dzire or any other vehicle. The only con I can see is that the rev range is a bit small and the engine is a bit audible but otherwise it's an absolute beast. Picking up Highway Speeds, Overtaking everything is a breeze. Maintenance Costs are also quite acceptable as I've been through 6 services so far and all the services have been well under 7k to 8k. No problems with the vehicle as of now. The Milage is also quite acceptable on the vehicle as I get 23kmpl to 25kmpl on Highways, 19kmpl with mixed highway and city driving and 12kmpl to 15kmpl in the city depending upon the traffic conditions.
