Honda City for the first time is made available in diesel fuel trim, while the petrol model continuous from the previous line-up. The petrol variant carries a 1.5-litre i-VTEC (intelligent- Variable Valve Timing and Lift Electronic Control) engine. The petrol engine has a setup of in-line four cylinder with a 4-valve per head and head SOHC configuration. The engine delivers a maximum power of 117bhp and 145Nm of peak torque.
